The Aegean Sea, the sea of Greece with each wealth in fishing, harbored people since ancient times, providing highly nutritious fish. Sardines are among the most important of them. Highly nutritious fish, with high content in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and proteins. The omega-3 fatty acids provide a lot of benefits for good health, protecting against cardiovascular disease, help the smooth functioning of the brain, the correct physical development, and contribute to reducing the risk of suffering from chronic diseases such as arthritis and cancer.

Fished in the open, clean waters of our country which are the ideal environment for exceptional quality fish, with light, fluffy, and tasty flesh. The processing is simple but it is being performed under strict quality control procedures where Sardines are carefully cleaned, steamed gently in order to maintain its tender and fluffy flesh and all their nutrients. Then to these unique fish, we add only Soya Oil, Chilli Peppers, and salt, without any preservatives or additives.

The piquant sauce in oil, which is delicious and with high nutritional value, differentiates our Greek seafood dish without covering the flavor and taste of sardines.
