Delivery Terms
- Shipping Services
- Our trusted logistics partners fulfil all orders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- For parcels up to 9 kg, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days.
- For parcels over 9 kg, we use Parcelforce Tracked 48, also delivered within 2 working days.
- Delivery Address and Missed Deliveries
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- The carrier will make delivery attempts. In case no one is available to receive the parcel, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier promptly to rearrange delivery.
- Failure to do so will result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be charged:
- Shipping fees (based on parcel weight)
- A £2 repackaging fee per item
- Delivery Timeline & Responsibility
- We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within a maximum of three working days. However, the final shipping method and cost will be displayed at checkout for your selection.
- Delivery dates are provided as estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
- If we are unable to dispatch your products by the estimated delivery date, you may cancel your order before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Delivery Areas
- We deliver across England, Scotland, and Wales, as well as to countries within the European Union.
- Please note that certain regions may be considered remote or hard-to-reach and could be subject to delivery restrictions or surcharges. You can verify whether your shipping address falls under this category at the shopping basket stage.
- Partial Deliveries
- In the rare event of a short delivery, we will ensure that the missing items are shipped to you as soon as possible.
- If we cannot dispatch the outstanding products within ten working days from the initial delivery, you have the right to cancel those undelivered items—provided they have not yet been dispatched.
