What are your delivery times and shipping methods?

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days. To ensure your items arrive safely, we use tracked services tailored to the weight of your order:

  • Orders under 9kg: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically delivered within 2 working days).

  • Orders 9kg and over: Sent via Parcelforce 48 Tracked (typically delivered within 2 working days).

Can I track my order?

Honey FAQs

Why has my honey become solid or cloudy (crystallised)? Is it spoiled?

Not at all! Crystallisation is a completely natural and spontaneous process that happens to raw, unpasteurised, high-quality honey. It is actually a sign of purity, proving that the honey has not been ultra-filtered or overheated.

If you prefer your honey in a liquid state, simply place the jar in a warm water bath (around 40°C) and stir gently until the crystals dissolve. Do not microwave it, as high heat can destroy the honey's natural enzymes and beneficial properties. What is the difference between your raw honey and standard supermarket honey?

Standard commercial honey is often heavily processed, pasteurised, and ultra-filtered, which strips away the beneficial pollen, enzymes, and distinct floral aromas. What does "High Polyphenol" mean, and why is it important?

Polyphenols are natural antioxidants found in high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Olive oils with a high polyphenol content offer significant health benefits, particularly for cardiovascular health and inflammation reduction.

You might notice a distinct peppery kick or a slight bitterness at the back of your throat when tasting our EVOO—this is a direct indicator of a high concentration of these health-promoting polyphenols.

How should I store my Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

To preserve its flavour and nutritional value, store your olive oil in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources (such as your stove). Always ensure the cap is tightly sealed after use to prevent oxidation. Do not refrigerate it, as cold temperatures can cause the oil to solidify and become cloudy.

We take great care to securely package our glass jars and premium products.
