Description
Greek Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 x 1L Tin cans, Limited Harvest from Nemea, acidity 0.2 :
Α culinary masterpiece that highlights the essence of Greece's rich olive oil tradition.
Our certified organic bio Greek extra virgin olive oil, 12/2025 harvest, is a true testament to quality and authenticity. It has very low acidity (0.23) and is sourced from the finest certified organic olives of the Koroneiki and Athinoelia varieties harvested within a limited timeframe. Cold-pressed in family-owned olive oil mills to preserve its natural goodness and vibrant flavour, each drop represents the rich heritage of Greek olive cultivation.
Greece is a global leader in olive oil production among Mediterranean countries owing to its ideal climate, fertile soil, and centuries-old cultivation techniques. The unique terroir of Greece's olive groves imparts a distinctive flavour profile and unparalleled quality to its olive oil, earning it recognition as the best in the world.
Renowned for its nutritional value, organic extra virgin olive oil is a cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet. Several studies have proved its heart-healthy benefits and abundance of antioxidants. Rich in monounsaturated fats and high polyphenol content, it promotes cardiovascular health, reduces inflammation, and supports overall well-being.
Based on the latest 2023 research of Harvard University, those who consumed more olive oil also had a 17 per cent lower risk of cancer mortality, a 29 percent lower risk of neurodegenerative mortality—such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease—and an 18 per cent lower risk of respiratory mortality compared with those who never or rarely consumed it.
Adopting our Greek Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil into your daily diet is effortless and rewarding. Drizzle it over salads, vegetables, and grilled meats for a burst of flavour and nutrition. Use it as a healthy alternative to butter or margarine in cooking and baking, or dip crusty bread into it for a satisfying appetizer.
Embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle and elevate your culinary experience with Greek Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil—a true treasure from Greece's sun-drenched groves. With each taste, savour the richness of tradition, the purity of nature, and the countless health benefits that come with it.
