    Our Cchickpeas are thick in size and of yellow/brown colour. However, you should never forget to soak the chickpeas overnight before cooking them. Apart from making the regular chickpea soup, you can also make delicious salads combining them with vegetables and herbs. Another delicious way to use chickpeas is to make a "revithada" (chickpea soup) - mashed chickpeas, or even chickpea patties.
