We can enjoy Orange in many ways, either as a raw fruit, which gives us incredible flavor and aromas, or by drinking its unique juice, the same juice used in cooking to enhance the flavor in our gourmet dishes, while the zest of the peel is a key component in pastry.

Our proposal for orange, is based on old traditional recipes, where the passion and the  love of ordinary people for the pure products of our country led them to the wonderful spoon sweets with orange peel. There, after washing and cleaning carefully the orange, we removed the peel, and boiled it in sugar syrup. This method allows us to encapsulate all the taste, the flavors and the nutritional value of the orange for a long time, under strict quality assurance protocols.
