The comprehensiveness of the jam in fruit is very high, above 75%, without the presence of preservatives, colors or sugar substitutes, maintaining unaltered all of the ingredients. The Plum jam is an important energy source, containing sugars that are being quickly absorbed by the human body. Its consumption is beneficial for humans, these fruits are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, magnesium, potassium, calcium and their nutritional value is high.
Our tasty handmade Greek Plum jam matches perfectly with soft cream cheese, is ideal for breakfast or for afternoon tea to enjoy for breakfast on toast, freshly baked bread, a topping on yogurt or ice-cream or to make delicious tarts and sweet pancakes enriched with Mediterranean aromas.
